Except for very few restricted conditions any release of private data should be at a restricted disclosure rate. If data was released at say a maximum of 10,000 records a day a casual hacker would need to be online for 2.7 years to get 10m of data.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Thankyou for all the work you&#039;re doing to bring attention to this. They don&#039;t understand that medical records can harm, not just help. There are a few things I&#039;m sitting here wishing I had never seen a doctor about. And for the last few years at least, I&#039;ve been thinking about privacy every time I&#039;ve been in my doctor&#039;s office. I can&#039;t help it, the thought is always there, and at the front of my mind, not the back. It shouldn&#039;t be like that.]]></description>
