Submission to the Australian Domain Name Registration Authority (auDA) Model Competition Advisory Panel about privacy implications of proposed changes to Internet domain name registration
Invited to be part of an informal reference group to provide comments to Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner on the first draft of the Code Development Guidelines
Letter to the federal Attorney-General expressing concern about the withdrawal of an invitation to participate in a consultative group reviewing the EU Commission's criticism of Australian privacy law. The invitation was withdrawn on the basis that `your views are already known'! No reply was received.
Submission to Privacy NSW on Proposed Code of Practice for disclosures of personal information outside New South Wales
Attended meeting of the Victorian Law Reform Commission's Privacy Expert Advisory Group to advise on its privacy reference, and gave subsequent comment on draft information paper (Nigel & Tim (as APF Director))
